Eligibility for Membership Card

1. Femella reserves the right to refuse Membership to an applicant without assigning any reason.
2. Membership card must be signed on the reverse as soon as it is received.
3. Such card indicates the acceptance of all the terms and conditions, which are subject to revision by Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd. time to time and explicitly authorize Ritesh Properties / Femella outlets to use membership data for the purpose of marketing of communication for enhancement of programme.
4. Any employee at the cash counter has to check the member’s signature against that on the reverse of the card to ascertain to identity of the member. This is just to make sure that nobody misuses any member’s card.
5. The benefits and offers may be refused if the signature does not match.
6. Membership card is non-transferable and can used only by the member whose signature appears on the signature panel.
7. The Femella Silver, Femella Gold and Femella Platinum Cards issued are not credit or debit cards.
8. Loss of Membership Card may be registered in the Lost Card form and may be reported to the Club Femella Desk at the Outlet where the Card was originally issued. Fresh Card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-
9. Employees of Ritesh Properties and Industries Ltd. and their immediate families who are eligible for employee’s discount cannot avail to both the offers in conjunction.
